An elderly Colorado couple showed incredible fearlessness. The pensioners drove the bear and her cub away, which climbed into their house and attacked the owners, the WTKR information portal reports.
John Johnson, 71, and his wife, Anne Field, were quietly watching TV when bears entered their house and began to eat food found in the kitchen.
Attracted by the noise, the retirees faced the animals, as they say, face to face.
However, they were not taken aback. John began to fight off the attacking bear with his fists, and his wife, grabbing a baseball bat, joined the fight.
As a result, the frightened beasts had no choice but to leave the battlefield in disgrace. The brave pensioner had minor wounds on his face and chest, and his heroic wife did not suffer at all.
