Garden flowers
Today, even in the northern zones of Russia, flowers appear in the gardens that a few years ago were considered exclusively decorative and were grown only in rooms on windowsills. Over time, however, it turned out that some of these plants quite successfully endure summer in the open field and, with sufficient care, bloom profusely until autumn. True, such crops practically do not tolerate winter and are considered annual. However, in the southern regions these plants withstand winter temperatures, often there they become perennial, as in the conditions of their natural growth. Such crops include kufeya - a herb that forms characteristic small flowers, but in large quantities.
Bouvardia is an evergreen flowering plant from the Marenov family. It comes from Central America and Mexico. In the Russian climate, it is grown mainly at home, in greenhouses and botanical gardens. The flower is able to bloom effectively and for a long time only for two seasons in a row, and then it is rejuvenated by reproduction.
Brodieya con Fabiola is a plant with charming flowers that look like tiny lilies. This perennial from the bulbous family is able to decorate a garden, alpine slide or other landscape composition. If you plant flowers in small groups, they will look especially impressive. You can also grow brodie at home: the buds in a pot look no less elegant.
In the gardens and apartments of Russians, you can increasingly see the exotic plant babiana. It belongs to the iris family and is distinguished by its rare beauty, bright flowers - blue, purple, red, lilac. Like any tropical guest (his homeland is South Africa), the plant will feel more comfortable if you follow the agrotechnical nuances recommended for it.
