Malinnik is an aggressive culture, easily conquers new territories, and if a neighbor has it not far from your site, it will definitely come to you. So it will definitely work out to enjoy the fragrant berries. But if you want a rich harvest, and even guaranteed, you must have a raspberry on your site. And there are many ways of reproduction, or obtaining planting material, in raspberries.
